We’ll work through what’s come between you (old wounds, misunderstandings, unmet needs) using evidence-based models to help both of you process emotions safely and fully.

With a clear sense of where you want to go, you’ll leave sessions with tailored exercises and communication tools. Over the following weeks, you’ll put these strategies into action, then return to fine-tune what’s working (and what isn’t).

Finally, we’ll clarify the future you both desire - then dismantle the specific obstacles in your path. By naming what’s really blocking you, you’ll gain the freedom to move toward that vision as partners.
